ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Manual Bank, JazzCash and Easypaisa orders remain On Hold until payment is verified. An order confirmation does not mean that an unverified payment has been accepted.
ShopMarkaz may cancel duplicate, fraudulent, unpaid or technically invalid orders, subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products are supplied through the customer account, protected download area or order email after payment verification.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, system requirements and stated compatibility before purchase.
Hosting, domain registration, third-party software, third-party paid licenses, installation, customization and other services are not included unless expressly stated on the applicable product page.
OPEN-SOURCE SOFTWARE AND GPL RIGHTS
ShopMarkaz WordPress themes and plugins contain software code distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPLv2+), unless a particular component clearly states another GPL-compatible open-source license.
GPL-licensed software may be used, studied, modified and redistributed in accordance with the applicable open-source license.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to restrict or remove rights granted under the GNU General Public License or another applicable open-source license.
COMMERCIAL PLANS AND SITE ENTITLEMENTS
A commercial ShopMarkaz purchase may provide additional services and benefits such as protected downloads, automatic updates, technical support, customer account services and premium documentation, as described on the applicable product or pricing page.
Where a commercial plan is described as a one-site plan, the site limitation applies to the commercial services and entitlements associated with that purchase, including automatic updates, technical support and applicable account-based services.
Such commercial service limitations do not restrict GPL rights applicable to GPL-licensed software code already received by the customer.
SHOPMARKAZ LITE PRODUCTS
ShopMarkaz products distributed through the official WordPress.org directory are governed by the license included with their respective packages.
Use of a ShopMarkaz Lite product obtained from WordPress.org does not require the user to purchase a commercial ShopMarkaz product.
ACCOUNTS
Customers must provide accurate account information and are responsible for protecting their account credentials.
Private customer-account credentials, protected-download credentials and private support access must not be shared contrary to the applicable service terms.
Accounts and ShopMarkaz services may not be used for fraud, unauthorized access, attacks, malware distribution, infringement or unlawful activity.
TRADEMARKS AND BRANDING
The ShopMarkaz name, logos, trademarks and brand identity are not licensed under the GPL merely because GPL-licensed software is distributed under the ShopMarkaz brand.
Open-source software rights do not grant permission to falsely represent a modified or redistributed product as an official ShopMarkaz product or to falsely imply sponsorship, certification or endorsement by ShopMarkaz.
Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.
SUPPORT AND UPDATES
Technical support, automatic updates and protected-download access are supplied according to the duration and scope stated on the applicable product or pricing page.
Unless expressly included, support does not include website customization, content entry, hosting administration, correction of unrelated third-party software problems or custom development.
Expiration or termination of commercial support, automatic-update access or protected-download access does not revoke GPL rights applicable to GPL-licensed software copies already lawfully received by the customer.
SERVICES
Service timelines begin after payment verification and receipt of all information, content, access credentials and approvals reasonably required to perform the agreed work.
Customer delays, incomplete information or third-party outages may extend delivery times.
Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation and customer approval.
ACCEPTABLE USE
ShopMarkaz accounts and services must not be used for malware distribution, unauthorized access, fraud, harassment, infringement or other unlawful activity.
Nothing in this section limits legitimate rights granted under an applicable open-source software license.
REFUNDS
Refund eligibility for purchases is governed by the ShopMarkaz Refund Policy and any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
Customers should review the applicable product description and Refund Policy before purchasing a digital product or service.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ShopMarkaz is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, third-party service outages, customer configuration errors or incompatibility outside the expressly stated product or service scope.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or limited.
TERMINATION OF COMMERCIAL SERVICES
ShopMarkaz may suspend or terminate access to commercial account-based services, private support, automatic updates or protected downloads in cases of fraud, chargeback abuse, credential sharing, unlawful activity or material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights.
Termination of commercial services does not terminate rights already granted under the GPL or another applicable open-source license to software copies lawfully received by the customer.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
ShopMarkaz may update these Terms prospectively. The latest version will be published on this page together with its revision date.
Changes do not retrospectively remove rights already granted under an applicable open-source software license.
