ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Manual Bank, JazzCash and Easypaisa orders remain On Hold until payment is verified. An order confirmation does not mean that an unverified payment has been accepted. We may cancel duplicate, fraudulent, unpaid or technically invalid orders.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products are supplied through the customer account or order email after payment verification. Customers are responsible for checking product requirements and compatibility before purchase. Hosting, domain, third-party software, paid licenses and customization are not included unless expressly stated.
ACCOUNTS
Customers must provide accurate information and protect account credentials. Accounts may not be used for fraud, unauthorized redistribution, attacks, infringement or unlawful activity.
LICENSE
Each purchase permits use under the license stated on the product page. WordPress/PHP components may carry GPL-compatible terms. Product branding, promotional artwork, packaged documentation and support services may not be misrepresented, resold or redistributed as a competing ShopMarkaz product except where applicable open-source licenses expressly allow the underlying code.
SUPPORT AND UPDATES
Support covers the scope stated on the product page. Website customization, content entry, hosting issues, third-party plugin conflicts and custom development are separate services. Update availability and duration are governed by the relevant product description.
SERVICES
Service timelines begin after payment verification and receipt of required content, access and approvals. Customer delays or third-party outages extend delivery dates. Work outside the agreed scope requires a separate quotation.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Products and services must not be used for malware, unauthorized access, fraud, harassment, infringement or unlawful activity.
LIMITATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ShopMarkaz is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit, third-party outages, customer configuration errors or incompatibility not stated in the agreed scope. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
