PERMITTED USE

One purchase is intended for installation and use on one production website, plus a private staging copy for that same website. The customer may customize the product for the licensed website and may keep reasonable backup copies.

OPEN-SOURCE COMPONENTS

WordPress themes and plugins may include PHP or other components distributed under the GNU General Public License or another compatible open-source license. Those components remain governed by their applicable licenses.

SHOPMARKAZ MATERIALS

The ShopMarkaz name, logos, promotional images, packaged documentation, support access and non-code creative materials are not licensed for resale, impersonation or redistribution as a competing ShopMarkaz product unless written permission is provided.

RESTRICTIONS

Customers must not falsely claim authorship, use the product for unlawful activity, distribute malware, share private support access or sell the unchanged packaged product under the ShopMarkaz identity.

SUPPORT AND UPDATES

Support and updates are supplied only for the duration and scope stated on the product page. A license to use an eligible product does not guarantee lifetime support, compatibility with every third-party product or unlimited custom development.

TERMINATION

Support and access to protected downloads may be suspended for fraud, chargeback abuse, unlawful use, credential sharing or material breach, subject to applicable law and any mandatory customer rights.
