DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Because downloadable software can be copied after access is provided, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered after the file has been downloaded or download access has been used. Before buying, customers should review the description, requirements and compatibility information.
ELIGIBLE DIGITAL-PRODUCT ISSUES
Contact us within 5 days of purchase if the supplied file is corrupted, materially different from its description or cannot perform a clearly advertised core function in a supported environment. The customer must provide the order number and enough technical information to reproduce the issue. We may first provide a corrected file, update or reasonable support. If a verified material defect cannot be corrected, an appropriate refund may be provided.
NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds are normally not provided for change of mind after download, failure to read requirements, unsupported hosting or software, third-party conflicts outside the product specification, customer modification, refusal to provide diagnostic information, account suspension for misuse or services already completed as agreed.
WEBSITE SERVICES
Before work begins, a customer may request cancellation subject to any non-recoverable third-party cost. After work begins, any refund is limited to the uncompleted portion of the agreed scope. Completed milestones, delivered work, paid licenses and third-party charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise.
DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT PAYMENT
Verified duplicate payments or confirmed overpayments will be reviewed and corrected using an appropriate available method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider.
